Finally we win two in a row

Wasn’t sure if it was going to be the Bulls or the Bears winning two in a row first, but now we have our answer.  For all you haters out there, a 9-7 team will make the playoffs in the NFC, so there is still hope.  But back to the Bulls.  Yeah they played well against the Bobcats, but there are a few things that scare me.  At one point, we were shooting around 60%, dominating the boards on both ends, and the game was practically even.  That does not bode well for poor shooting nights which will inevitably exist at some point ahead.  There are several reasons for this.  One is transition defense.  It seems like we have two moves in transition D.  1) simply move out of the way and give up a free basket, and 2) foul.  What happened to playing D?!  Sheesh!

Tonight’s game vs. Dallas will be a good measure of how far this team has come since the start of the season. The Bulls are 4-6 in the last ten games.  (I’m saying that as a good thing, which is kind of sad).  Perhaps they can extend their streak and get some real momentum going, as opposed to somewhat unconvincing wins against the Hawks and the Bobcats.
