The first of my weekly player rankings, which will be presented each week.  Represents a cumulative status as oppsed to stats from a given week.  Please keep in mind this is purely mathematical and statistical, similar to the methods of John Hollinger's NBA Power Rankings and Player Ratings, but better.  The fact is, the Bulls as a team score high on Hollinger's ratings, yet there are zero bulls players even remotely near the top of his rankings.  My formula does not penalize for lack of minutes and players are rewarded for "team statistics" such as rebounds, steals, assists, and blocks.  Please feel free to comment on the methodology, as I will be trying to perfect the rankings.
